Company Responds to Honey Brook to assist with a Barn Fire |

On Wednesday morning around 1am East Brandywine Fire Company volunteers were dispatched to assist the Honey Brook Fire Company on a barn fire. The barn was located on Beaver Dam road, and initial reports indicated that there we 60 cattle inside at the time of the fire. Deputy 33 arrived on-scene with a report of heavy fire showing, and struck a first alarm tanker task force. Engine 49-5 and Utility 49 made the response, while crews remained on Station to cover the local. Units returned to the Station around 5am. |
