ATV 49 Makes Midday Response for Enviromental Rescue

On Wednesday October 9th, East Brandywine Fire Company was dispatched for ATV 49 to assist the Glen Moore Fire Company with an environmental rescue. Additionally Lionville Fire Company was also requested.
Glen Moore personnel arrived on scene in conjunction with Eleverson EMS to find a hunter deep in the woods who had fallen 10' to 15' out of a tree stand. Captain 48 assumed Walnut Bank command and requested the additional resources.
ATV navigated some technical terrain in order to make access to the patient. Once the patient was packaged appropriately ATV 49 in conjunction with EMS personnel transported the patient out of the woods.
