On Monday October 27th and Tuesday October 28th, East Brandywine Fire Company wrapped up their Fire Prevention activities for 2014 with visits to Hopewell United Methodist Church Preschool.

According to Assistant Chief Engineer John Needles, "Hopewell Preschool visits are great, we are always warmly received and their hospitality is unsurpassed".

These last two visits are the final visits in what proved to be a very busy Fire Prevention Month! Over 2,500 kids received fire safety training from East Brandywine volunteers during the past month.

Fire Chief John Edwards said "fire prevention is very important to us, it shows in the quality of presentations as well as the number of events that our team is involved with throughout the month".
