On January 31st East Brandywine Fire Company volunteers were dispatched to assist the Thorndale Fire Company with a house fire on Jonathan Drive in Caln Township.

Thorndale Fire Chief Cordisco confirmed a working fire upon his arrival and requested a working fire dispatch. Shortly thereafter a first alarm tanker task force was requested due to the home being in a area of the Township without hydrants. Due to the extent of the involvement East Brandywine Fire Company was requested for additional personnel.

The following afternoon on February 1st, the Company was dispatched to assist the Honey Brook Fire Company for a trailer fire in the Lazy Acres Mobile Home Park.

Honey Brook Fire Chief Robb arrived on location an confirmed a working fire. East Brandywine volunteers assisted Honey Brook and multiple mutual aide companies with fire suppression and water supply.

The Officers and Members of East Brandywine Fire Company would like to extend their thoughts and prayers to those families affected by these fires.
