Volunteers Experience Significant Call Volume Increase

East Brandywine Fire Company volunteers have experienced a significant increase in call activity starting on Saturday February 18th. The Company responded to over 20 emergencies over the course of Saturday and Sunday. Since the weekend increase, the call volume continues to be high.

According to Captain Joe Monestere the fire responses have ranged from building fires, auto accidents, and also include 3 ATV responses. EMS Captain Greg Kohlmaier reports that the EMS Division has been incredibly active responding to a variety of emergencies including cardiac arrests thru to falls.

The Line Officers of East Brandywine Fire Company would like to recognize the dedication of all of our volunteers who continue to work tirelessly to ensure the safety of the Community.
