On Wednesday March 21st, East Brandywine Fire Company volunteers responded to Bridle Court in West Brandywine Township for a reported oven fire. As a result of the Station being staffed due to the storm Engine 49-5 and Engine 49-1 quickly responded.

Upon arrival crews noted the fire to be out however the home needed to be ventilated. Personnel from Engine 49-5 handled the ventilation assignment while Engine 49-1 responded to a medical local in East Brandywine Township.

The Line Officers would like to thank all of the volunteers who staffed the Station during the storm in an effort to reduce response times.
