On Wednesday evening March 28th, East Brandywine Fire Company volunteers participated in fire attack training. Over the course of 2 hours those in attendance completed evolutions where conditions mimicked a house fire with reported entrapment.

According to Fire Chief Vince D'Amico 'this scenario based training is critical for our personnel, it helps us be better prepared on the fire ground". D'Amico added "just the opportunity to focus on communications and utilization of resources is invaluable".
