On Tuesday April 2nd East Brandywine Fire Company was dispatched along with numerous other companies to assist West Bradford Fire Company on a reported house fire on Parkview Ln in West Bradford.

Initial reports indicated a fire in the kitchen and the house had been evacuated. Engines 49-5 and 49-2 made the response.

First arriving units reported an active fire on the first floor of the residence and went in service with handlines to extinguish the fire. East Brandywine crews arrived and assisted with operations for a short time. The fire was placed under control quickly and after helping wrap up hose lines both crews from East Brandywine were clear from the scene.
