On Wednesday 9/23/20 for our weekly training we once again had John Sileski (Product Specialist with MES) at the station to finish our training with our new Res-Q-Jack Struts.

For night two of training crews went through several different scenarios again where the struts would need to be used. Crews also practiced several different ways of using the struts.

At the end of the night crews used the struts to stabilize a van that was on it's side and did a full extrication on the vehicle by removing the entire roof, back flip up door and one side rolling door.

This two week training was extremely helpful and allowed our members to get hands on with our new struts and learn the best ways to use them. We can't Thank John Sileski and Steve Miller enough for helping us with purchasing these struts and training us on them.

Be sure to check out the video attached that shows our members training with the system and cutting the van at the end.
