For training this week 25 members were on station going over rope rescue and an intro to our Arizona Vortex system. The Arizona Vortex is a highly versatile and portable artificial high directional (AHD). As an AHD, the Vortex allows users to elevate rope lines above edges, entries, or other obstructions and is ideal in edge mitigation for cliffs, confined spaces, mines, and other industrial rescue or rope access operations. Tonight's drill was led by Captain Ora and FF Peta |
