On Thursday evening 6/10/2021 just after 5 pm, EBFC volunteers along with EMS from MICU 93 (Tower Health) and MICU 244-1 (Westwood) were dispatched to Reeceville Rd & Hurley Rd for an auto accident with possible entrapment.

Initial reports were of three vehicles involved with possibly one subject trapped. MICU 93 arrived first and reported negative entrapment. Chief 49 arrived and assumed Command. Rescue 49 arrived and crews began to secure the hazards from the vehicle. Ladder 49, QRS 49, and Utility 49 all made the response as well and were set up at either end of the incident to provide traffic control around the incident.

Crews were on scene for approx. 30 minutes. Flings Towing arrived and removed the vehicles and crews cleared shortly after.
