At 10:45 am on Monday morning 6/14/2021, EBFC and Minquas EMS were dispatched to the intersection of Hopewell Rd & Corner Ketch for an auto accident with injuries.

Initial reports were of a 2 vehicle accident with at least one injury.

Rescue 49, Utility 49, and QRS 49 made the response and on arrival confirmed they had 2 vehicles blocking the intersection. EMTs from EBFC along with MICU 46 began checking on injuries while the crews from QRS and Utility 49 shut down traffic on Corner Ketch/Lammey Way and Hopewell/Dilworth Rd.

Crews remained on scene until the tow company was able to remove the one vehicle. Two patients were transported by EMS to be evaluated.
