After a day of what will hopefully be the last snowfall for the area this winter, temperatures dropped dramatically and winds picked up causing snow drifts on a lot of roadways.

At 11:05pm on 3/12/2022, EBFC was dispatched to Reeceville & E Reeceville for an auto accident with one vehicle into a pole. Battalion 49 arrived and confirmed the report and luckily the occupants of the vehicle were uninjured and out of the vehicle.

Due to the cold and high winds the curve at this intersection along with several other areas on Reeceville became icy and snow covered again. Penndot was requested to come out and salt the roadway again.

Crews stood by to provide traffic control until Flings Towing was able to safely remove the vehicle.
