East Brandywine volunteers were dispatched to assist the Downingtown Fire Department on a working house fire Wednesday afternoon.

Downingtown units arrived to find fire in a two story twin home.

Engine 49-5 and Ladder 49 made the response. The engine crew advanced an attack line to the second floor, assisting with fire attack. Ladder 49's crew assisted with roof ventilation and overhaul.

East Brandywine crews operated on scene for just under two hours.
