🚒🔥 WHAT AN AMAZING NIGHT AT EAST BRANDYWINE FIRE COMPANY! 🔥🚒
WOW! What an incredible turnout for our Annual Open House last night!
We estimate that approximately 800 people joined us for an evening of fun, learning, and community togetherness! We couldn't have been happier to see so many smiling faces filling our firehouse and grounds. Your support truly means the world to us!
Throughout the evening, visitors had the opportunity to enjoy a variety of activities, including:
🚒 Getting an up-close look at our fire apparatus, including our newest addition, Engine 49-1!
🚑 Learning important fire prevention and safety tips.
🚓 Visiting information and giveaway tables hosted by the East Brandywine Township Police Department, West Brandywine Police Department Chester County Department of Emergency Services, and Amanda Ashbee: Chester County Realtor, who also generously sponsored our moon bounces!
🚙 Taking rides on our ATV.
🏠 Touring our firehouse and getting a behind-the-scenes look at our station.
🍔 Enjoying plenty of FREE food!
🚗 Watching our firefighters put their training and equipment to work during a live vehicle rescue demonstration right in front of the firehouse!
❤️ A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO MADE THIS POSSIBLE!
An event of this size doesn't happen without the generosity, dedication, and hard work of so many people.
We want to extend our sincere appreciation to:
👏 East Brandywine Police Department, West Brandywine Police Department, Chester County Department of Emergency Services, and Realtor Amanda Ashbee for joining us and helping make the evening so special.
👏 Crop's Fresh Marketplace for generously donating the food enjoyed by our visitors!
👏 Pope John Paul Elementary, Reeceville Elementary, Brandywine Wallace Elementary, and Hopewell Preschool for welcoming our firefighters into your schools over the past two weeks as part of our Fire Prevention activities. We truly enjoyed spending time with your students and sharing important fire safety lessons!
👏 Our more than 50 members and their families who came out to help make this event happen. From planning and preparation to cooking, demonstrations, assisting visitors, and cleaning up afterward, your dedication made the entire evening run so smoothly. We couldn't have done it without you!
And most importantly...
❤️ THANK YOU TO OUR COMMUNITY! ❤️
Whether you stopped by for a few minutes or spent the entire evening with us, we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to visit. Events like this give us the opportunity to connect with the people we proudly serve, show you what we do, and hopefully inspire the next generation of firefighters!
We hope everyone had as much fun as we did, and we are already looking forward to next year's Open House!
