On Saturday April 19th, East Brandywine Fire Company Volunteers moved one step closer to completing their training pad.

The first 10 yards of concrete arrived by 8am for Phase 1 of the project (20' x 40' section). The concrete truck was off loaded in under 45 minutes which is a testament to those working the concrete. Phase 2 will be completed on April 26th, and Phase 3 of the project, will hopefully be completed by mid summer.

Following off loading the concrete, members took the opportunity to regrade areas of the property that were causing problems as a result of poor water runoff.
