On Wednesday evening August 13th, East Brandywine Fire Company Volunteers continued their vehicle rescue training series. The focus of the training centered around dealing with a car involved in a rollover accident that came to rest on its side.

Training Officer Chris Keen and Lt. Joe Monestere lead the training session. According to Training Officer Keen "as a result of the large number of volunteers who have been attending training a different teaching method was trialed this evening". Keen stated "in an effort to keep people engaged, small groups were put together and we rotated groups every two minutes". Lt Monestere said "it forces people to focus so they can be prepared to continue the evolution".

All of the participants really enjoyed the new format and felt like it provided and up tempo approach.

The Line Officers would like to thank all of the volunteers who continue to turn out to advance their skill set and knowledge base.
