On Saturday August 30th, East Brandywine Fire Company Volunteers took advantage of a long Labor Day holiday weekend to participate in live burn training.

Fifteen volunteers participated in 8 different evolutions during the course of the day. Those in attendance enjoyed the opportunity to get to participate in multiple scenarios provided the size of the group.

Special thanks to Captain Vince D'Amico and FF Butch Collins for running the burn. Also thank-you to Glen Moore Fire Company and the Downingtown Fire Department for covering our local during the training session. Lastly thanks to Chief Engineer Bob Zynn and Caitlin D'Amico for preparing lunch.
