On Friday, October 10th, East Brandywine Fire Company volunteers continued their Fire Prevention activities by visiting Brandywine Wallace Elementary School.

As always the assemblies were both fun and informative. EBFC volunteers covered a variety of life-saving topics with the nearly 500 kids in attendance. According to Lt. Joe Monestere "the difference between our fire prevention training and most others is the level of participation". Kids are not only actively answering questions but they are also role playing things like a 911 call, and escape drills.

The Officers and Members of East Brandywine would like to thank Principal Linda Leib for her continued support of the Company and the Faculty for their support of Fire Prevention Education.
