On Tuesday October 14th East Brandywine Fire Company Volunteers visited Pope John Paul II Elementary School, to continue sharing their Fire Prevention messages.

According to Engineer John Needles who led the Fire Prevention assemblies, “When you see the kids translate the lessons you teach into actions, it’s very rewarding”.

EBFC covered a variety of life-saving tips for over 500 kids. Some of these tips included having children role play calling 911 and also escaping their home in a fire.

The Officers and Members of East Brandywine Fire Company would like to thank Principal Sr. Anne and the entire Faculty for their commitment to Fire Prevention education.
