On Wednesday October 22nd, East Brandywine Fire Company volunteers responded to an auto-accident on Route 322 in the area of Dawg Day afternoon. Additionally Glen Moore Fire Company and Westwood Ambulance were also on the response.

Assistant 49 arrived and reported the accident involved an automobile and a box truck. Upon arrival crews worked at stabilizing the patient in the automobile, and preparing them for transport to a local hospital.
