When the local community is building floats that resemble your fire trucks, you know your doing something right!

That was the case this past weekend when East Brandywine Fire Company volunteers participated in two local community parades. East Brandywine volunteers were both surprised and pleased to see that one of the floats created by a family was a smaller version of Engine 49-5. To make it complete it had functioning lights and a siren.

The parades took place in Upper Uwchlan Township on Kaiser Drive, and the other in East Brandywine Township in the Hopewell Development.

As always East Brandywine volunteers appreciate the opportunity to partner with local neighborhoods in an effort to educate them about the Fire Company.
