Last week, East Brandywine Fire Company volunteers got a surprise visit from the students at Pope John Paul Elementary School. Several students and their Teachers dropped by the Station in order to drop off breakfast and say "thank-you" for the dedicated service.

According to Fire Chief John Edwards "we love our partnership with all 4 of the Elementary Schools we serve, having a working relationship with the leadership, faculty, and student body is invaluable". Edwards added "these students form Pope John Paul, made our day, it is a simple gesture that goes a long way".

All of the volunteers at East Brandywine Fire Company would like to thank the student body at Pope John Paul for their support.
