During the afternoon of Wednesday June 9th East Brandywine Fire Company volunteers were dispatched to assist the Wagontown Fire Company with an auto-accident on Telegraph Road.

Upon arrival personnel found an automobile had left the roadway and proceeded through a post and rail fence coming to rest in a wooded area.

East Brandywine and Wagontown Fire Company personnel worked collaboratively to assess the patient, stabilize the vehicle, extricate the individual trapped.

Once extricated the patient was placed in the care of personnel from Ambulance 144 and Medic 93 and transported to a local Trauma Center.

East Brandywine Fire Company Officers and Members have the patient in our thoughts and prayers.
