During the afternoon hours of Thursday August 25th, East Brandywine Fire Company volunteers responded to an auto-accident on Creek Road in the area of Marshal Road.

Deputy 49 arrived on scene and determined 5 vehicles were involved with one occupant pinned in one of the vehicles. With the report of entrapment a Medic was added to the call and Deputy 49 requested a second BLS ambulance.

The patient was removed from the vehicle in under 20 minutes from arrival of Engine 49-1, and transported to a local Trauma Center.
