Over the course of any given year East Brandywine Fire Company volunteers will respond to over 800 Fire and EMS emergencies. Our team will be called to extinguish fires, provide medical treatment to those who are sick and injured, or at times be a sounding board or a shoulder to cry on.

When most people think about Fire Company's / Departments the examples cited above are what readily comes to mind. Ordinary people doing extraordinary things in someones moment of need.

However to be a great Fire Company you also have to be a good Community partner. East Brandywine Fire Company volunteers pride themselves on not only providing high quality emergency service but also being active in the Community.

A large part of our success as an Organization comes from our team supporting local School events, HOA activities, as well as local Church and Township initiatives to name a few.

This weekends Community events include the following:

Brandywine Wallace Elementary School - Home and School Association Bonfire

Lyndenwood Community Halloween Parade

East Brandywine Baptist Church Fall Festival

Deputy Chief Edwards said it best "this is the Community's Fire Company, we are just stewards of it during this period of time, it is incumbent on us to be ingrained in the fabric of the Community".
