During the early morning hours of April 21st, East Brandywine Fire Company volunteers were dispatched to assist the Modena Fire Company on a building fire.

Ladder 49 responded to provide a Rapid Intervention Team (RIT) and Engine 49-5 to provide water supply. While enroute responding personnel were made aware that the building involved was a barn which was well involved.

Upon arrival crews assisted with defensive fire suppression operations.

Units were on-scene just under two hours.
