On Wednesday evening January 15th Applecross Country Club hosted the Company's annual Line Officer Installation Ceremony.

The Installation Ceremony is an important event in the life of our Fire Company for many reasons. The ceremony provides an opportunity to reflect on the prior years success's, recognize the operational line officers incredible commitment, and coalesce around the vision for the coming year.

Over the course of the evening Chief D'Amico highlighted specific accomplishments which contributed to the organizations success. He also recognized the contributions of EMS Director Cathie Rawlings and former Treasurer and newly appointed Township Supervisor Ken Ader and thanked them for their years of support.

Chief D'Amico then went on to introduce the evenings keynote speaker Harvey Boyer. Assistant Chief Boyer has held countless positions within the volunteer fire service both operationally as well as administratively. Chief Boyer addressed the audience and shared some insight and perspectives key elements of successful fire companies.

Following Chief Boyer's remarks the audience heard from this years "Connect to Purpose" speaker. Each year a member of the Community who has been helped by the Fire Company is invited to share their story. This year's speaker story was particularly compelling since he experienced a sudden cardiac arrest on November 5th and was successfully resuscitated. Keith Ennis thanked the members for their quick response and remarkable skills.

The 2019 Year In Review video was also debuted. This years video was put together by Lt. John Needles, FF/EMT Nick Proko, and Photographer Mark Walsh

The evening culminated with Chief D'Amico announcing the 2020 Lines Officers who include:
