On Sunday morning July 26th, East Brandywine Fire Company probationary fire fighters participated in Truck Company Operations training.
This training for probationary fire fighters is conducted most weekends in addition to the regularly scheduled Wednesday evening training.

According to Chief John Edwards, "we have an unbelievable group of young men between 14 years old and 18 years old who enjoy, and take pride in advancing their skill set". Edwards added "the skills and concepts these young men are learning both tactically and operationally far surpass where I was at their age".

The Line Officers would like to recognize FF Tyler Smith and Lt. Greg Pilotti who facilitate this special training program. These young men are the future of the fire service and FF Smith and Lt. Pilotti are making sure the future is bright.
