On Tuesday July 11th East Brandywine Fire Company volunteers were dispatched to assist the Glen Moore Fire Company with a car into a building with an associated gas leak.

Units arrived on-scene to find an SUV which had accidentally driven through the garage into the rear wall and impinged into the kitchen.

Personnel quickly mitigated all associated hazards, and notified the Wallace Township Codes Department in order that the structural stability of the home could be assessed.

While on-scene a second call in East Brandywine Township was dispatched for traffic control. QRS 49 which is equipped for traffic management handled this assignment.

Units returned approximately one hour after dispatch.
