Today, some of our younger members took advantage of the beautiful weather — along with access to the acquired structure — for some additional hands-on training.
A crew of 8 members took Engine 49-2 and Utility 49-1 to the property and focused on hoseline advancement, working through different techniques and building on their skillsets.
Members spent over two hours on location, running multiple evolutions and getting valuable reps in a realistic environment.
Training like this is what builds confidence, sharpens skills, and prepares our members for when it matters most.
