| Last evening at 7:52 PM, EBFC was dispatched along with EMS from Minquas to the intersection of Creek Rd & Reeds Rd for an auto accident. Initial reports indicated a two-vehicle crash, blocking the roadway with at least one injury.
QRS 49 responded first and arrived on scene with East Brandywine Police, confirming two vehicles blocking the roadway with fluids and debris present. Rescue 49, Utility 49-1, and Utility 49-2 also made the response.
Crews from Rescue 49 secured the hazards upon arrival while assisting with traffic control alongside Utility 49-1 on Creek Rd. Utility 49-2 assisted with closing Reeds Rd to ensure a safe operating area.
EMS evaluated all involved parties, and fortunately, no major injuries were reported. EMS was able to clear the scene shortly after.
Flings Towing arrived on location and removed both vehicles. Once the roadway was cleared and hazards mitigated, EBFC units cleared the scene a short time later. |
