| On Friday afternoon East Brandywine Fire Company was dispatched to an auto accident with entrapment involving fire.
The accident occurred at Route 322 and Andover Road in West Brandywine Township.
Upon arrival of the police department, officers determined that there was no fire however 3 cars were involved in the incident.
Assistant 49-A assumed command upon arrival, confirmed that one occupant was confined, and requested additional BLS ambulances and traffic police.
Multiple patients were treated and transported to local hospitals. The scene was turned over to the Fire Police and the road remained closed until the automobiles were towed. |
