Ladder 49 Assists Honey Brook Fire Company on a House Fire

On Saturday July 20, 2013, East Brandywine Fire Company Volunteers were dispatched to assist Station 33 on a house fire. Additionally Station 48, 69, and 34 were on the first alarm assignment.

Upon arrival, Deputy 33 requested that the crew from Ladder 49 perform both horizontal and vertical ventilation.

Interior attack crews from Honey Brook did an outstanding job of accessing the fire room and getting water on the fire. Interior conditions were proved extremely difficult to maneuver as a result of significant clutter.
