| On Saturday June 7th, East Brandywine Fire Company, while providing stand-by coverage for Alert Fire Company was dispatched to an auto-accident with entrapment.
Upon going en-route Deputy 45 and Assistant 46 were advised by Chester County Fire Radio that reports indicated one patient trapped with partial ejection. Assistant 46 arrived on scene and confirmed the report.
Additional stand-by coverage was being provided by West Bradford Fire Company and Coatesville Fire Department. These units as well as Minquas Fire Company Fire and EMS worked collaboratively to extricate the patient.
